The program many of the central high schools: Glebe, Nepean, Lisgar Collegiate, Immaculata, Ashbury, Ridgemont, St Patricks, Hilcrest, Canterbury
This program is Introduction to contact for 10 - 11 year olds. It is co-ed at this age grade.
The games are played primarily at festivals with some optional one off matches. Great program to learn the game.
The focus of the program is to provide a fun, safe and learning environment.
Registration in the program covers summer (2021) and winter (2022) training sessions.

SIGNUP NOW!Girls can play in the Boys U13 program or separate (if numbers permit). Typically played in 7 aside or 13 aside versions.
Practices are twice weekly.
The games are played versus a single club (non-festival format). However there may be some games organised at festivals.
