Welcome to Central Ottawa's Girls rugby information page. This program is for girls who wish to learn, improve and enjoy the great game of rugby.

The program service all of Central Ottawa: Civic Hospital Area, Glebe, Sandy Hill, Centertown, Old Ottawa South, Old Ottawa East, Alta Vista, Blossom Park, Finlay Creek, St Laurent, Rockliffe, Manor Park, Vanier, Overbrook,...

The program many of the central high schools: Glebe, Nepean, Lisgar Collegiate, Immaculata, Ashbury, Ridgemont, St Patricks, Hilcrest, Canterbury

U11 Girls (born 2007-2008)


This program is Introduction to contact for 10 - 11 year olds. It is co-ed at this age grade.

The games are played primarily at festivals with some optional one off matches. Great program to learn the game.

The focus of the program is to provide a fun, safe and learning environment.

U13 Girls (born 2005-2006)


Girls can play in the Boys U13 program or separate (if numbers permit). Typically played in 7 aside or 13 aside versions.

Practices are twice weekly.

The games are played versus a single club (non-festival format). However there may be some games organised at festivals.

The focus of the program is to provide a fun, safe and learning environment.

Registration in the program covers summer (2018) and winter (2019) training sessions.

U15 Girls (born 2003-2004)


The program is played in full 15 aside rugby, with minor variation on lineouts for saftey.

This year the U15s will train with U17s, if numbers permit exhibition matches will be arranged.

Practices are twice weekly.

The focus of the program is to provide a fun, safe and learning environment.

Registration in the program covers summer (2018) and winter (2019) training sessions.
