Canada Finished 4th In Tokyo

In a nice turn of events for the struggling Canada 7s Team we managed to grab fourth in Japan with a major highlight being our defeat of New Zealand. For the first time in 30+ matches the Canucks managed a 19-15 win over the rugby super giants. After such a huge result in the Semis we lost to Fiji in the consolation final.

This is a pretty huge event for the season full of struggles with their new coach and poor results. These 15 point from finishing 4th has been their best result of the year and boosts them to 11th overall in the 7s world series. Hopefully the remaining 2 legs of the series bear better fruit in England and Scotland. Full Rugby Canada write up can be found HERE

Registration is wide open for everyone.
